Well, it’s been a few weeks since my last blog post for my marathon training, that’s because it’s been a few weeks since my last serious training!
Sore knees and a slightly sprained left ankle have meant I have had to taper 3 weeks early than planned.
This time next Sunday I’ll be sore and tired after completing the race. Fingers crossed it goes ok and the weather is dry. I’ve done a lot of miles since starting my training in November, so I’ve just got to get a bit of luck and a strong wind (behind me) on the day.
