I’m a little late with this entry due to FoPM being so busy right now.
last week was a great week of training. A circuit class on Monday followed by 4 runs of varying lengths… 5.6m, 3m, 6.2m and finally a 13.5m run on Sunday.
The long run was a lot easier than the previous weeks long run. the pace was more consistent (around 9mm pace) which helped no-end.
This week has started well too. 3 days in and I have a circuits class and two 6mile runs under my belt. It’s rest day Thursday tomorrow then back out for a longish run of around 10miles on Friday.
We’re heading to Stockport on Sunday for a 15miler in the hills. It’ll be tough… I’ll let you know how I get on.
