I recently posted an indifferent review on a well known website about an organisation that I had a bad experience with. The review was still given 3 stars out of 5, yet it has since been removed from the website.
There is a theory that the customer isn’t always right, and I agree with that, but if you don’t listen to your customers your product will never be right and it will never improve.
Should bad reviews be removed? I say No!
You cannot please everyone all of the time, but to delete poor reviews and hide your head in the sand is not the solution and is the sign of a arrogant and selfish approach to business.
Do you agree? Yes or No?
The business in question shall remain anonymous for now, but you know who you are!
